We're so thankful to our Father

To have a friend like you.

When we need an encouraging word

You know just what to do.

You lift us up to our Father Above

Pray with tears that's so sincere.

Know the words that's in our heart

Those that bring our Father near.

You sense our pain and suffering

When a loved one we do lose.

Know words to give us comfort

Words that He would choose.

If you need a friend to say a prayer

Look around and you will see.

Friends that are ready and willing

Because friends we'll always be.
